Program Director

Full-Time, $18 an hour plus benefits package, Various Locations

Summary of Duties:

Prepare and lead clubhouse programming. Responsible for activities in education, character building, healthy lifestyles, and recreation with support from the Clubhouse team. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to motivate youth and manage behaviors.

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent, minimum two years youth experience, and valid driver’s license required.

Youth Development Professional

Part-Time (19 hours/week)| $14 an hour, Various Locations

Summary of Duties:

Must be capable of supervising members in a safe and interactive environment. Responsible for implementing educational, recreational, and culinary programs alongside daily Clubhouse team. We will train you and will provide ongoing support!

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with youth preferred.

Development Specialist

Full-Time | $22-24 an hour, DOE

Summary of Duties:

This position will assist the Resource Development Director to focus on organizational development areas including, but not limited to: fundraising events, volunteer efforts, marketing, communication objectives, and grant management to support the mission and programs of the organization.

 

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two years of work experience with an emphasis on fundraising, marketing, grants, and community and public relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization and the public.
  • Strong computer skills with a general knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Donor management software experience preferred.
