Youth Programs

Each of our facilities provides national award-winning, evidence-based programs to best serve our young members. Our programs are educational and fun, because we know that when learning is enjoyable, kids want to do more of it! Continual learning and growth are celebrated and reinforced in every interaction, activity, and area of the Club.

Academic Success & Workforce Readiness

Our Academic Success programs are built on the ultimate goal of ensuring that all Club members graduate from high school on time, and are ready for post-secondary education and their future careers. These programs focus on providing access to academic resources through distance learning support (as need through the COIVD-19 pandemic), tutoring resources, and promoting fluency in the skills our youth members need to succeed. Academic Success programs include:

Power Hour
Project Learn
Ultimate Journey
Leaders in Training
Money Matters
Summer Brain Gain

Health & Life Skills

Our Health & Life Skills programs strive to improve the overall health of members’ minds, bodies, and souls by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching good nutrition, and developing healthy relationships with themselves and others. Currently our programs focus heavily on building social-emotional skills in response to increased isolation, and developing healthy relationships and resiliency. Health & Life Skills programs include:

Triple Play
Sports, Fitness, & Outdoor Recreation
Artistic Exploration and Expression
Cultural Programs

Character & Leadership Development

Our Character & Leadership programs are designed to help youth become responsible, caring citizens by empowering them to lead programs with opportunities to practice planning, decision-making, and community service. Character & Leadership programs include:

Youth of The Year
Keystone Club
Torch Club
UPS Road Code
Passport to Manhood
